JS&TM provides Lake / Pond Design, Engineering, Consulting, and Management Services.  Our staff has over 23-years of experience consulting clients on development, construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation of lakes / ponds. We specialize in design and management of recreational fishing lakes and design of largemouth bass rich lake habitat. 

        Energy Sector Services

JS&TM provides site Civil Engineering services to Energy Sector clients.  We specialize in Battery Energy Storage Site (BESS) and Solar Energy Site services ranging from preliminary due-diligence studies to detailed final engineering design and construction documents.

Floodplain Management

JS&TM has Certified Floodplain Managers (CFM) on staff who are highly experienced in FEMA floodplain management documentation, advanced 1D/2D hydrology & hydraulic modeling, and mapping.  We have successfully processed many FEMA applications (CLOMR, LOMR, LOMA, PMR, NRC, etc.) and we have a 100%-win record on appeals.

       Construction Documents

JS&TM specializes in preparation of construction documents for stormwater projects.  Our team also has extensive experience preparing PS&Es for private land development and public works projects.  We have the ingenuity to deliver creative and sensible, innovative, cost-effective design solutions for your unique and challenging projects. 

Plan Check Services

JS&TM is intimately familiar with the plan check procedures adopted by various municipalities and have the technical knowledge to quickly and efficiently provide thorough review of engineering construction documents for compliance with project standards and regulatory agency requirements.

Professional Lake Management 

We have found that lake owners often need technical expertise and/or staff guidance to effectively manage manmade lakes.  JS&TM has trained experts who can guide your staff through the lake management process of Naturalized Lake Management and provide a lake management guidance manual and/or we can be your Professional Lake Manager. 

Extension of Staff Services

JS&TM provides Sr. Civil Engineering staff to act as an extension of your staff to provide Project Management and Civil Engineering Planning & Design Services.  Each of our Senior Staff has over 20-years' experience helping clients implementing projects and achieving their project vision and goals.

Accessory Dwelling Unit Design

JS&TM provides Wood Framed Structure Design Services for custom residential structures, residential remodels & expansions, and accessory dwelling units or casitas.  We have extensive experience in designing residential remodels as well as providing project management and construction management services for large and small residential developers.
